Do you often incorporate quiet time to rest and rejuvenate? Excellent! Do you regularly use movement and playtime to reinvigorate yourself? Wonderful! We also need time to focus on our passions. And it’s good to stir up your routines by changing current habits. You can use essential oils for wellbeing to support all of your intentions for improving your health and wellbeing.
Meditation, Quiet Focus, Relaxation
Incorporate essential oils for mental wellbeing as part of your meditation or relaxation routine.
Spritzer: As you prepare for meditation or relaxation, shake your spritzer then use to mist as high up in the room as you can. This allows the mist to fall through a greater volume of air space.
Roll-On: Apply directly on your chest, torso, back of neck, shoulders, wrists, tops and or bottoms of feet. Apply a small amount in the palm of your hands; cup your hands over your nose and inhale the aroma.
Inhalation: Place 1-3 drops of essential oil on a tissue, inhale the aroma then tuck into shirt pocket or undergarment.

Use your analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic essential oils to soothe your achy muscles and prepare you for your next session.
Spot Application: Mix 1-4 drops of essential oil in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil apply before or after workout to sore muscles or joints.
Inhalation: Place 1-3 drops of essential oil on a tissue, inhale the aroma then tuck into shirt pocket or undergarment.
