This recipe purifies and refreshes the air, ideal for cleaning environments or promoting relaxation.
4 drops Fir Needle, Douglas
2 drops Lemon
2 drops Tea Tree
2 drops Cedarwood
Add the essential oils to a diffuser filled with water according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Diffuse for 30 minutes to an hour in your space that needs a fresh, clean atmosphere.
Fir Needle, Douglas and Lemon combine for a crisp citrus-woodsy scent, while Tea Tree disinfects the air.
2. Therapy for Muscle Aches
