e3’s floral waters are specifically created for skin care — as they are hydrating and conditioning. Many use them instead of, or in addition to, water in toners, facial and body mists, masks, moisturizers, and serums. They are true hydrosols, distilled from pure lavender or orange blossom (neroli). No other ingredients are necessary!
