Is there tension in the room? Quickly elevate the atmosphere with a spritz of e3’s Grace Blend. While this is an intricate blend with many essential oils, most find it balancing and harmonious to the senses. Ease your mood, or the mood of the room, towards tranquility, calm, and emotional agility.

In addition to the supple, soothing aroma, these oils are also particularly soothing for sore muscles or menstrual cramps.

Our ready-to-use spritzers are 100 percent pure essential oils in filtered water, in varying strengths appropriate to their purpose. No need to mix or measure. The cobalt blue glass bottles protect the product from deterioration and the spray applicator allows for quick and convenient use.

e3’s Grace Spritzer can be used as both body and room mists. On your body, it can provide an easy no-touch application. As a room mist, it can work to create a more relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. 

How to Use e3’s Grace Spritzer to Elevate the Atmosphere

The spritzers are easy to use. Remove the protective cap, shake the bottle, and depress the pump about three times. (Avoid getting the mist in your eyes.) 

Body Mist: Mist directly on your chest, torso, back of neck, and shoulders. To use as a perfume, spritz on pulse points, such as inner wrists, behind knees, and back of ankles. You can also mist a small amount in the palm of your hands; cup your hands over your nose and inhale the aroma.

Room Mist: Mist as high up in the room as you can, this allows the mist to fall through a greater volume of air space.

Linen Mist: Spritz bed linens if you find this scent relaxing for sleep.

Here’s the list of essential oils in Grace Blend Spritzer. We’ve included the therapeutic uses that are relevant to this blend.

Basil: Indigestion, stomach spasms, menstrual cramps, muscle strain, nervous tension.
Chamomile Roman: Irritability, restlessness, anxiety, anger, stress, worry, impatience, shock, hyperactivity, muscle aches and cramps.
Clary Sage: Muscle aches, tension and cramps, nervous tension, mild depression, anxiety, stress, sleeplessness, emotional discomfort, lack of sense of well-being.
Dill: Anxiety, overwhelm, chaos, upset tummy.
Fennel Sweet: Emotional weakness, fear, anxiety, upset tummy.
Geranium: Muscle aches, imbalances, mild depression, mood swings.
Lavender: Exhaustion, imbalance, irritability, restlessness, anxiety, anger, tension, stress.
Mandarin: Restlessness, melancholy, anxiety.
Palmarosa: Poor circulation, fatigue, irritability, stress, mild depression, mental fog.
Peppermint: Mental fatigue, mental fog, anger, nervous stress, mild depression, muscle spasms and cramps, headaches, feeling over-heated
Rose: Muscle tension, mild depression, emotional imbalance, emotional discomfort, headaches, anxiety, stress, low libido, sleeplessness.
Sandalwood: Muscle tension, poor circulation, emotional discomfort, anxiety, stress, sleeplessness.
Filtered Water: Used as a carrier to dilute the essential oils. Hydrates and refreshes the skin.

Please Note: Due to the hydrophobic* action of pure essential oils, it is recommended that you give your bottle a shake to disperse the essential oil molecules within the water.

*Hydrophobic: Hydrophobe (from the Greek (hydros) “water” and (phobos) “fear”) in chemistry refers to the physical property of a molecule that is repelled from a mass of water.
