Get Your Questions about Essential Oils Answered!
By Caryn Gehlmann
Have you been holding back from getting your questions about essential oils answered? On our home page. we share our commitment… It says, “At e3, every member of our staff is passionate about helping you find aromatherapy solutions that match your needs. We don’t promise to have all the answers, but we do promise to use all of our resources to help you make well-informed choices on the safe use of essential oils for your unique circumstances.”
As it’s the end of the year, we took some time to consider if we’re living up to our commitment. We feel really good about the answer. Yes! We field dozens of questions each month, sometimes each week, helping our customers find answers to their questions about essential oils. But what we realized is that we could do a better job of sharing our answers with all of you. Because here’s the thing, most of us have similar questions. Or even if it’s not the same question it gets us thinking about essential oils in a new way.
This year, I’ve been sharing answers to customer questions in my monthly blog. Here are a few of the questions we’ve covered in case you missed them:
Any recommendations for what we can diffuse in classrooms to support the situation with COVID?
Is there anything I can do for a Black Widow spider bite?
Starting next year we’re going to do more to give you answers to YOUR essential oil questions!
For one thing, we’re going to make it easier to find answers by highlighting them each month in our “Q&A with Caryn” post. We’ll take one of the dozens of questions we field each month and do a deeper dive into it. I’ll share my answer and a few other relevant tips in a short video.
Would you like the answer to your question to be highlighted on Q&A with Caryn? Then just let us know to add your question to the “hat” and if it’s chosen we’ll send you a $25 e3 gift certificate in an expression of our appreciation. And don’t worry, participating doesn’t mean you have to share your name, it’s fine if you prefer to remain anonymous.
Another change we’re making is where I’ll be sharing “Just for the Smell of It” — fascinating news and tips in relation to our sense of smell. Instead of sharing it on my blog, I’ll be sharing these fun snippets on our Facebook page and monthly e3 newsletter. Here’s a sampling of what “Just for the Smell of It” is all about…
So if you’re curious like me, about our often-ignored but fascinating sense of smell, make sure you join us on Facebook or sign up for our newsletter. And please, send me your ideas, as always I love hearing from you!
I look forward to hearing your questions about essential oils! I love that our e3 community knows our team of clinical aromatherapists is available to provide trustworthy answers to questions about essential oils and their safe usage. It’s a good reminder that just because people distribute essential oils and have the best of intentions, doesn’t necessarily make them the best resource when you have health and safety issues you want to address.
If you’re looking for answers, a great place to start your search is on our e3 Guide section. And if you haven’t already done so, don’t forget that by signing up for our newsletter you get a 20% coupon to use on your next order.
