We tailor the customer experience to you – whether you’re just starting out with one or two essential oils, are a health care practitioner looking for guidance on patient care, or a large hospital implementing an extensive aromatherapy program. Unlike most Private Label suppliers, we do not have purchasing requirements, such as minimum order amounts or monthly purchases.

Each member of our staff is passionate about what they do. We don’t promise to have all the answers, but we do promise to use all of our resources to help you make well-informed choices on the safe use of essential oils for your unique circumstances. Our staff is comprised of health care practitioners who have studied and/or are certified in clinical aromatherapy, as well as massage therapy, healing touch, Reiki, nursing, animal health care, and more. e3 is a resource to many who want education on safe and appropriate essential oil use specific to their individual needs. On the Essential 3 website, you’ll find detailed information on each essential oil: Latin name, country of origin, part of the plant used, extraction method, main biochemical components, properties, uses, and safe application methods. Education and safety are a primary focus here at e3, with up-to-date educational blogs, Q&A videos, ebooks, and resources in our e3 Guide. Please bookmark our blog and visit it every week!

Essential 3 hosts Just For The Smell Of It classes to introduce people to the use of aromatherapy. We also provide aromatherapy education for hospitals, hospices, massage schools, esthetic schools, wellness clinics, medi-spas, and pain clinics, and can design education modules to provide staff members with Certificates of Competency in Aromatherapy. We also partner with hospitals and hospice programs to create written policies and procedures for the safe and effective use of essential oils.

Difference #3 – Essential Oils – Distinctive, Customized, High-quality Blends

In order to produce the quantity and quality of essential oils our customers need, we partner with farmers and distillers throughout the world. This enables us to focus on finding the highest quality products available. Often, growing conditions for certain essential oils are only found in specific regions of the world, such as Frankincense, Lavender French High Altitude, or Sandalwood.

We’re committed to using essential oils that are 100% authentic and free of pesticides, synthetics, stretching, or adulteration of any kind. In order to be considered therapeutic-quality, an independent lab tests each of our essential oils to ensure purity. (Certificate of Analysis and SDS sheets are available upon request.) We often work with companies to develop customized blends for private label distribution. Our dedication to quality is appreciated by our business partners who use our essential oils in their products – ranging from natural perfumes to medical products used in hospitals.

Her expertise makes her a leading national educator and consultant on the use of essential oils, including work with hospitals, hospices, and healthcare providers looking to implement successful aromatherapy programs.

Andrew Sanis

IT DIRECTOR & RN

Andrew is a registered nurse (RN, BS, CCRN) and is one of e3’s founders. With a background in critical care nursing and informatics, he assists with business planning and technology-related decisions. Andrew currently works as a hospice RN and is committed to using holistic tools like aromatherapy for personal and community wellness.

Joni Keim

EDUCATOR & AUTHOR

Joni has worked in the alternative health and wellness field for over thirty years as an author, practitioner, and educator. She is a licensed aesthetician and has certificates in aromatherapy, wholistic health sciences, and nutrition. Joni researches and writes for e3, provides technical direction for skin care, and assists in product development.

Gema Allen

Gema is one of e3’s most trusted health advisors. With a background in hospice homecare, massage, and craniosacral therapy, Gema loves teaching people about the body’s wisdom and willingness to heal and how to give it a gentle nudge in the right direction. She believes aromatherapy provides access to memory, comfort, pleasure, relaxation, stimulation as well as specific healing remedies.

Henry Gehlmann

Upcycle and Recycle Material Inventory

Henry, Caryn’s dad, helps us out with our recycling. He established a partnership with Ashland Recycling where we’re able to reuse the packing peanuts that are dropped off to be recycled. And in case you were wondering, his favorite essential oil is Eucalyptus.

Deonne Wright

RN Consultant

Deonne has had a long career as a nurse leader and educator in holistic healthcare with advanced essential oil training. She is the owner of Deonne’s Aromablends and is a clinical aromatherapy practitioner with an integrative approach to wellness. She is a published author and a Founding Board member of the Oregon Holistic Nurses Association. We consult with Deonne for her insight and nursing expertise on aromatherapy implementation in hospital, clinic, and hospice settings.

Wendy Lampert

AP/AR & Accounts Manager

Wendy’s organized, detailed-oriented personality fits with her role as our bookkeeper – entering orders, processing payments, and creating shipping documents. She’s been interested in aromatherapy ever since she started looking for natural products for her children.
