Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions regarding your customer experience, including how to use our online store, shipping and handling, payment and return policies, and our privacy policy.

Using Our Online Store
Browse the Products
Use the navigation menu(s) on any page to view or order product. You can also search by entering a keyword into the search box at the top right of any page. Detailed product information is just a click or two away. To order, choose the quantity of the item, then click “Add To Cart.”
Modify Items In Your Order
To view your cart contents, click the “Cart” button in the upper right hand corner. You will then see the contents of your current order. Modifications can be made at this time.
Come Back To Your Order Later
If you do not have time to complete your order, you may leave the store and return at a later time. Incomplete orders are kept open for 48 hours, after which they are automatically deleted. In order to use this feature, “cookies” must be enabled in your browser. A cookie is a small file containing encrypted data pertinent to your account. The cookie is stored on your computer and cannot be viewed by other sites.
Check Out
To check out, hover over the Cart button in the upper right, then click the Checkout button. Make a final review of your order, then enter your billing and shipping address (or log in in if you already have an account with us to auto-populate your address). In the right column, choose your shipping preference (local pickup, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS), and payment method (credit card or PayPal). When everything looks right, click the “Place Order” button in the lower right.

Shipping Options:
USPS
e3 offers “THREE” SHIPPING. A $3 flat rate shipping for all orders shipped with in the US. (no minimum amount necessary). Simply choose USPS $3.00 upon checkout.
UPS
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions and ship to location. Actual shipping and handling charges may vary from estimate given.
USA Orders
If choosing UPS, please provide a physical address; UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to have your order sent to a PO Box, you must choose USPS MAIL. All orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands, will be shipped via USPS Mail.
International Orders
You may be required by your government to pay a customs fee. Essential 3 is not responsible for customs fees. If you are unsure, please check with your country’s customs policies prior to ordering. International shipping charges will be calculated at time of shipment. A separate invoice will be sent with shipping cost. Once invoice is paid your package will be mailed.
Recycled Packaging
When available, we reuse boxes, clean packaging paper and recycled peanuts to safely pack and ship your order.
Payment Information
We welcome Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Checks, Money Orders, and Cash payments.
This site uses a secure SSL server so credit card information submitted by you in secure mode is encrypted for your privacy. This means no other party may view personal information while in transit to us over the internet. Credit card transactions are safe using this technology.

Return Policy
Your happiness with e3 is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt to obtain an RMA number. Goods returned not due to our error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must have an RMA number supplied by our staff. Once your return request is approved you will be notified of the amount of IN-STORE credit that you will receive. All credits must be used within 1 year of the issue date.
All damage and shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Personal Information
E3 requests customer email and/or mailing address on specific forms. Your e-mail address or street address will not be sold to a third party and is only used for the stated purpose of the form. Whenever the identity of a visitor is requested, we clearly indicate the purpose of the request. You may easily be removed from the list at any time by going to our home page and choosing the “Unsubscribe” option, or by calling us at (541) 858 3313 during business hours (9 am-4 pm PST). This site maintains a strict “no-spam” policy.
Customer Records
When completing an order you can check a box asking us to create an account for you. This will save your billing and shipping address, making it easier for you to order next time. If you are a returning customer simply log in. Customer records are stored securely and are never sold to a third party.
Log Files
When a visitor views any of our pages, like all web servers, our system logs the visitor’s domain name and/or IP address. We collect the domain names and/or IP addresses in order to compile information on what pages visitors successfully access, and what pages they may have experienced technical difficulty. This allows us to make improvements and upgrades to the site as needed. This information is collected solely for statistical purposes and is completely anonymous. The information is never used to identify any individuals.

Our on-line store uses “cookies” to store specific information about a customer’s account (if cookies are enabled in the customer’s browser).
