Methods of Uses

Shower: Once you are in shower and water is on, shake bottle, close eyes, and spritz Breathe Easy Shower Mist – Eucalyptus & Mint in a semi-circle at shoulder height. Breathe deeply for three seconds. 

Caution: Keep out of eyes.

Ingredients

Purified water & e3 Breathe Easy Blend of pure essential oils:
Eucalyptus, Citriodora: Tense breathing, immune support, anxiety, stress, nervous tension, mild depression.
Eucalyptus, Radiata: Respiratory congestion, immune support, mild depression, apathy.
Eucalyptus, Smithii: Respiratory congestion, immune support, mild depression, apathy.
Peppermint: Respiratory congestion, muscle spasms, mental fatigue, mental fog, nervous stress, mild depression.

Please Note: Due to the hydrophobic* action of pure essential oils, it is recommended that you give your bottle a shake to disperse the essential oil molecules within the water.
