e3’s Bruise & Scar Blend to Soothe Discomfort and Minimize Scars
Ouch! Did you hurt yourself and now you have an ugly bruise? Or maybe you cut yourself or had surgery recently that left you with quite a scar? Essential oils can help soothe your discomfort and inflammation, and minimize the appearance of your scar.
e3’s Bruise & Scar is a carefully crafted blend of essential oils that you can apply to new bruises (as long as there are no open wounds) to help reduce inflammation and ease discomfort. For scars, you need to wait until the wound is healed and any stitches have been removed, but then you can use the blend to help minimize the appearance of a newly forming scar.

How You Can Use e3 Bruise & Scar Blend to Fade Bruises and Scars
Compress (for Bruises): Fill a basin with cool water. (Cool water invigorates and relieves inflammation.) Add 3-5 drops of the blend and briskly stir. Lay in a washcloth, wring and apply to the area in need for approximately 1-5 minutes. Dip, wring and apply 3 more times.
Massage (for Scars): Mix 30 drops of this blend of essential oils in 1 ounce of carrier oil or fragrance-free, natural lotion. (Gently massaging a scar will break down the overly tough tissue fibers, helping to reduce tissue build-up, keep skin pliable and minimize its appearance.)
Spot Application: Mix 1-4 drops of Bruise & Scar Blend in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil or aloe vera and apply to the area in need.
Caution for Bruises: Apply essential oil mixture with gentle touch only.
