This lavender was picked fresh from the local Applegate Valley Lavender Farm in Southern Oregon. Not all lavenders are suitable for consumption, but this Royal Purple (Lavandula angustifolia cultivar) has just the right flavor profile to add a touch of elegance, complexity, and depth to your dishes. It’s delicious, not soapy. Each 40 ml amber jar contains at least 3 tablespoons (9 teaspoons) of lavender buds. Most recipes use 1/2 to 2 teaspoons per recipe.
