By nature, we want to feel centered and balanced. e3’s Rebalance was designed to be a balanced scent, combining “top” note citrus essential oils with “base” note oils such as Sandalwood and Vetiver. This blend can balance and stabilize your emotions while promoting optimism, strength, and resilience.

Use Rebalance Spritzer as a body mist when you’re looking to enhance your equilibrium as you ease into your day. Or as a room mist when you want to share its balancing aroma in your home, office, or studio.

e3’s Rebalance Spritzer can be used as both body and room mists. On your body, it provides an easy no-touch application. As a room mist, it can uplift, relax, and balance moods. It’s ideal for the home, office, yoga studios, and car, as well as hospitals, clinics, and hospice settings.

Our ready-to-use spritzers are 100 percent pure essential oils in filtered water, in varying strengths appropriate to their purpose. No need to mix or measure. The cobalt blue glass bottles protect the product from deterioration and the spray applicator allows for quick and convenient use.

The spritzers are easy to use. Remove the protective cap, shake the bottle, and depress the pump about three times. (Avoid getting the mist in your eyes.) Keep spritzers next to your bed or computer, in your bathroom, kitchen, or car, tucked into your office desk drawer or purse. Enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy everywhere you go!

How to Use e3’s Rebalance  Spritzer to Stabilize Your Emotions

Anytime: Mist directly on your chest, torso, back of neck, shoulders, and bottom of feet. You can also mist a small amount in the palm of your hands; cup your hands over your nose and inhale the aroma.

Room Mist: Mist as high up in the room as you can, this allows the mist to fall through a greater volume of air space.

Perfume: Spritz on pulse points, such as inner wrists, behind knees and back of ankles.

Here’s the list of essential oils in Rebalance Blend Spritzer. We’ve included the therapeutic uses that are relevant to this blend.

Bergamot, FCF: Mild depression, mood swings, apathy, stress, anxiety.
Cedarwood, Atlas: Exhaustion, stress, tension, anxiety, emotional instability.
Geranium: Mild depression, moods swings, stress, anxiety.
Mandarin, Red: Stress, anxiety, tension, mild depression, restlessness.
Sandalwood: Anxiety, tension, stress, sense of isolation, sleeplessness, emotional instability.
Vetiver: Nervous tension, sleeplessness, mild depression, mental exhaustion, emotional instability.
Filtered Water: Used as a carrier to dilute the essential oils. Hydrates and refreshes the skin.

Please Note: Due to the hydrophobic* action of pure essential oils, it is recommended that you give your bottle a shake to disperse the essential oil molecules within the water.

*Hydrophobic: Hydrophobe (from the Greek (hydros) “water” and (phobos) “fear”) in chemistry refers to the physical property of a molecule that is repelled from a mass of water.
