The following essential oils are in Urinary Blend (alphabetical order). The therapeutic uses that are listed for each essential oil are those that are relevant to the purpose of this particular blend.

You want to ignore it but you feel it coming… another bladder infection. Some of us are unfortunately prone to bladder infections but we’re tired of the side effects of antibiotics. If only there was a way to prevent getting UTIs in the first place! That’s what we designed e3’s Urinary Blend to do —  support your body’s immune system and hopefully help prevent more infections.

There is a lot of information online about using essential oils to treat UTIs but it’s important to make informed decisions. Be careful which essential oils you’re using and how you’re using them. Some so-called “treatments” can be too harsh to use near sensitive areas of your body. The essential oils that went into e3’s Urinary Blend are anti-infectious and anti-inflammatory and if used correctly will provide gentle, soothing relief and give your immune system an all-natural boost.

Here’s the list of essential oils in Urinary Blend, in alphabetical order. We’ve included the therapeutic uses that are relevant to this blend:

Bergamot: Infections, immune support.
Chamomile, Roman: Inflammation, infections, irritations, itching, allergic reactions.
Geranium: Infections, poor circulation, general tonic, immune support.
Lavender: Infections, inflammation, irritations, itching, lymphatic support.
Tea Tree: Infections, poor circulation, immune support.

How You Can Use e3’s Urinary Blend to Prevent UTIs & Support Your Immune System

On Sanitary Pad or Underwear: Place 1-2 drops of the Urinary Blend on your sanitary pad or underwear.

After Shower: After showering, while your skin is still wet, put 1-3 drops of essential oil in the palm of one of your hands and rub your hands together. Quickly and evenly spread the essential oil over your legs, arms, and torso. Avoid sensitive skin areas. For maximum skin hydration and to seal in moisture, apply cream, lotion, or body oil directly to damp skin.

Sitz Bath: Fill the bathtub with enough warm (not hot) water to cover the hips, sitting, with knees up. Mix 6 drops of Urinary Blend in one tablespoon of fractionated coconut oil and stir well, then add this mixture to the bathwater and agitate the water to mix well. Sit in the water for about fifteen minutes.

Compress: Fill a basin with water. (Warm water relaxes and increases circulation. Cool water invigorates and relieves inflammation.) Add 3-5 drops of essential oil and briskly stir. Lay in a washcloth, wring and apply to the area in need for approximately 1-5 minutes. Dip, wring and apply 3 more times.

Massage: Mix 15-30 drops of essential oil in 1 ounce of carrier oil or fragrance-free, natural lotion, use to massage lower back and abdomen.
