Latin name: Lavandula angustifolia
Properties: Analgesic, anti-depressant, antibacterial, sedative, deodorant, anti-inflammatory
Lavender is one of the few essential oils that can be used ‘neat’ (undiluted)
Calm: Add 1 drop to the palm of your hands, rub together and then cup your hands and inhale aroma, or inhale from bottle.
Bug Bits, Minor Cuts or Burns (Sun, Wind, Fire, Steam): Apply 1-2 drops of Lavender to the area in need and cover with a band-aid if needed.
Skin Blemish: Apply 1 drop of Lavender to the blemish morning and night.
Sleep Aid: Take 2 tissues and add 1 drop of Lavender to each; tuck 1 tissue in either side of your pillow case and breathe in the soothing, relaxing aroma all night
Latin name: Mentha piperita
Properties: Analgesic, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, stimulant, antispasmodic, astringent
Upset Stomach or Nausea: Apply 1-2 drops to a few tissues or cotton balls, place in a plastic baggie and carry with you. Open baggie, pull out one of the tissues and inhale the aroma. Breathe deeply.
Muscle Ache: Mix 1-4 drops of essential oil in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil or lotion and use to massage into sore muscle.
Fatigue: Put 1-3 drops of essential oil on a tissue and inhale the aroma through your nose. Pause and inhale again. (Avoid touching your nose with the tissue.)
Ingredients: Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Fractionated Coconut Oil
Properties: Antiviral, antibacterial, antimicrobial
Germ buster: Use to support immune system when you are in public areas such as planes, buses, hotels. Apply directly on your chest, torso, back of neck, shoulders, and bottom of feet. You can also apply a small amount in the palm of your hands; cup your hands over your nose and inhale the aroma. Or apply to a tissue and tuck into your pillow case for a gentle night time diffusion.

Properties: Uplifting and refreshing
Room Freshener: Freshen the air in hotel rooms. Place a few drops on to several tissues and place around your room to create fresh, uplifting aroma.

Properties: Calming, uplifting, balancing
Stress Buster: Use in times of anxiety, stress or any time you want to feel calm. Apply 1-2 drops to a few tissues or cotton balls, place in a plastic baggie and carry with you. Open baggie, pull one of the tissues out and breathe deeply.
